Can our employees use the tools even if they cannot log in as a Top Employers Portal user?

Absolutely! You are welcome to share the link in the activation, that will provide them with a direct avenue to create their own activations.

When can we share the tools on social media?

You can only share the tools externally when the embargo lifts. When sharing, remember to use the official hashtag #TopEmployer[year] in all your social media posts.

Note: if you are sharing tools throughout the year, always take note of the embargo lift date for your Certification announcement.

When can I share the link with employees?

You can share the link with employees starting when the embargo lifts. However, you may share it earlier with people involved in preparing your certification announcement.

What if I just want to use my own designs?

Besides the seals, you can also download the open files directly from the toolkit in the announcement assets. Look for it under 'Open Files'. if you want to create your own designs entirely, please do so! Do not forget to add the Certification Seal to all designs

Why does my logo not look correct? Can I change my logo?

Your company logo is pulled directly from the Top Employers Portal. If it looks incorrect, please check your company info in the portal to ensure your logo is uploaded correctly. You can change the logo there, and updates will reflect within 24 hours.

Can I change the language in the tools?

Yes, you are able to select a set of languages or add your own text.

Can I use multiple seals in an image?

You are able to create assets with each of your seals (should you have more than one).

Where can I find further information about using the Certification Seal?

In the Portal under Help Centre you can download the Certification Seal guide. This will provide you with information on how to use the seal. You can also read playbooks and watch videos (Certification Activation materials) under the Help Centre of the Portal .
